Description

Desert Flower is the incredible life story of Somalian Waris Dirie, who at 13 fled from an arranged marriage in Africa and lived in the streets of London before being discovered as a supermodel. She is now the UN spokeswoman against female circumcision. Liya Kebede, Sally Hawkins and Anthony Mackie star in the film directed by Sherry Horman. The film is distributed by National Geographic.
