In order to participate in our community talk boards, users must be registered member of our Web site. Upon participating in our talk board, members will be asked for their user name and password. In addition, members have the option to allow other members to view their email address, add them to their Movies League and/or add them to their Music League. Always remember that in order to protect your privacy users should not post any personal information, such as their home address or credit card information, as this information is made available to all visitors.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Enhancement of Personal Information

We enhance our user database information with third party data to better target our advertising and provide pertinent offers we think our users would be interested in. Certain summary demographics are also used in our research product offerings. We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users' wishes.

We currently use an outside advertisement serving company to display advertisements on the Site. The advertisement serving company may place and collect cookies when it displays an advertisement on the Site. Tell-A-Friend

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. HSX.com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. HSX does store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact HSX.com at http://talk.hsx.com/support/ to request the removal of this information from our database.
