Warner Bros. has uploaded the final, full-length trailer for the fantasy Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them [FBSTS], set in the same magical universe as the Harry Potter films. Eddie Redmayne [EREDM] stars as Newt Scamander, an English magizoologist whose suitcase full of magical creatures are unleashed in New York City during the 1920s. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them arrives in theaters on November 18th.
Paramount has released the teaser trailer for the drama Fences [FENCE] adapted from the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play by August Wilson. Two new wide releases both opened below expectations as The Magnificent Seven [MAGN7] topped the weekend box office with an estimated $35.0 million. The western remake drew an audience that was 56% male and 67% over the age of 25.
Storks [STORK] debuted in second place with $21.8 million. The animated film skewed towards families with young childen.
