Fox has cut a third and final trailer for the period comedy Rules Don't Apply [HUGHS] set in 1958 Hollywood. Alden Ehrenreich [AEHRE] stars as a driver and Lily Collins [LICOL] as an actress who fall for each other while both employed byr the eccentric billioanire Howard Hughes, played by Warren Beatty. Universal has unploaded the second full-length trailer for the thriller Split [SPLIT] from writer-director M. Night Shyamalan [MNSHY]. James McAvoy [JMCAV] plays a man with 23 multiple personalities who has kidnapped three women, two of whom are played by Anya Taylor-Joy [ATJOY] and Haley Lu Richardson [HLRIC]. Split opens in theaters on January 20th.
An October surprise came at the weekend box office as Tyler Perry's Boo! A Madea Halloween [BOAMH] debuted at number 1 with an estimated $27.6 million. Fans came back to the series and produced a CinemScore of "A".

Fox has unsheathed the teaser trailer for the third stand-alone Wolverine film Logan [WOLV3] starring Hugh Jackman [HJACK]. Set in the year 2024, the rabid X-Men appears to have lost some of his mutant powers and is aging along with Professor X, played by Patrick Stewart [PSTEW]. Boyd Holbrook co-stars as the villain Donald Pierce, who is after a child who has with the same powers as Wolverine. Logan opens in theaters on March 3rd.
