First trailer for Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters

Paramount has unleashed the debut trailer for the latest reimagined fairy tale Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters [HNGWH] on Apple.  Jeremy Renner [JRENN] and Gemma Artheton [GARTE] star as the brother and sister from Grimm's collected stories who have grown to become professional exterminators of witches.   With hokey dialogue and unispired story telling, the R-rated actioner looks derivative of every steampunk fantasy film we've seen before from Underworld to The Brothers Grimm to Van Helsing to countless others. Delayed from its original release date in March, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters will arrive January 11, 2013.
