First trailer for Thor: The Dark World

Disney has revealed the teaser trailer for the Marvel sequel Thor: The Dark World [THOR2] on Apple.  Chris Hemsworth [CHEMS] picks up the hammer once again as the mighty God of Thunder returns to Jane Foster, played by Natalie Portman [NPORT], after the events of The Avengers.   An ancient race of Dark Elves led by Malekith threatens the Nine Realms including Earth and Asgard.   Thor enlists the help of his adoptive brother Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston [THIDD], in order to restore the cosmic order.  Thor: The Dark World arrives in theaters on November 8th.
