Magnolia has unveiled the teaser trailer for the pseudo-documentary I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix [ISHJP]. Directed by Casey Affleck [CAFFL], the film chronicles Joaquin Phoenix's [JPHOE] meltdown as he supposedly retired from acting to pursue a music career as a rapper. The serious tone of the short teaser indicates the filmmakers still want the audience to believe that Phoenix's looney binge was the real deal. Unfortunately, no one fell for Phoenix's put-on farce, and the film whould have better served taking the comedic route for a mockumentary.

OBVideos Tuesday, August 17 at 12:01 PM Pacific The anguish and angst of movie stars is so riveting. My life is so useless that the need to escape into their drama is irresistible. Mockumentary is spot on, I'll wait for Borat 2 now that's creative. |
