To use JVOIG again as an example...
His current stock price is $61.60, but his TAG (listed on the stock page) is $72.78. When he delists, he will delist at his TAG value, not his current price. So based on that, there is currently profit of $11.18 per share to be made for when he does delist (less commissions, of course).
