Blockbuster Warrants - 12 Weeks From Release, or after the initial 2 weeks of release?

Just wondering if the first two weeks of release are included in the initial 12 weeks. For example, The Croods. They list box office around 180.7m, minus strike price of 135m, gives 45m abouts. That means the stock will cash out at 45$ after 12 weeks from opening?
