I've been making most of my gains in derivatives, either a) buying the max of the puts & calls each week and then selling them before the movie opens (that way you don't have to pick a winner).  of course, if it drops before the open date, I'll dump out... or b) buying the max of the blockbuster warrants (i got into [BWSTR] at $20 and saw decent gains, so I got into [BWHP6] at $5 for the max).  As far as Moviestocks, I mainly short films I think are overpriced and buy as much as early as I can of surefire hits like [HOBT2] - I took some huge hits earlier this year from buying the max of a movie only to have an opening weekend tank (thank you Jonas Brothers).  Starbonds I figured out from a post on the Movies forum and some poking around at Project Genome, hopefully [JTURT] pans out as expected.

I've been gaining ground at about $100k+ a day for the last few weeks, so I'm not complaining.  Just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track as there are very fewer true tutorials on how to succeed short of "picking winners" which I seem to be terrible at.  I know it probably gets competitive within the Top 5000, so ya'll are unlikely to share secrets, so thanks.

(Note:  [500DS] was a mistake for this weekend's limited release, but I still think it's way overpriced looking forward)
