Wow, I hadn't really taken that into consideration before. It is entirely possible that it could go sub-$50M.
My opinion is that ~ $55M is the ceiling for the opening weekend. It could end up there, or it could end up lower. From the points you've raised I'm now leaning towards it being lower.
