I honestly don't have a clue about the timing of the licences for each of the Marvel properties.

Ghost Rider's licence would've been lost in 2010 if they didn't get a sequel going, and the original only came out in 2007. Daredevil's licence so far has extended since 2005 (when Elektra was released) and is only due to expire in November-ish this year (at least that's what I can gather from the article). I hadn't actually heard about Sony losing the Spider-Man licence, but maybe that one has a short timeframe between movies as well. I know that with the rate at which Fox is churning out X-Men and X-Men-related movies that they're never going to have to worry about losing that licence (unless there's a huge revolt somewhere in the company and nobody in the industry wants to be in another X-Men related movie anymore, which to me would seem strange). But it makes me wonder if they're trying to get Fantastic Four reboot done because of the same worry (losing the licence back to Marvel). If so, then that licence has a fairly short timeframe between movies as well, because IIRC the second one came out in 2007.
