In the 14+ years I've been here, NO ONE has ever put "spoiler" in the subject when they post B.O. numbers
DMac posts adjust numbers here as well on Sundays. Whatever the results are on Monday (actual B.O.) it has NO reflection on how HSX adjusts the openers, since HSX adjusts them based on "estimates" from the studios.
The best thing I can think of is to skip a day of trading by NOT logging in to HSX on Sundays. Again, in the 14 years I've played, NO one has ever put "spoiler" in the subject when they've posted B.O. numbers. I think you're in the minority. 99% of the players want to know how the openers did.
Again, your best bet is to NOT log in on Sundays. I don't think this is something you'll be able to stop. Sorry.
