What you are posting is an interview with an actor who bumped into Spielberg in January who told the actor that the script is being worked on. This is old news.
On the stockpage is a link that in March 2014 the screenwriter said the script was finished.
There has been no news on the project since then. (The script has been finished for months, no production has been scheduled, no actors hired, no release date planned, heck... Jackson isn't even talking about making the movie to anybody)
Last month (July 2014) Peter Jackson said in interview that he has not decided what his next project will be (link) but a WWII movie was mentioned (and TinTin wasn't).
A year ago Jackson said after the Hobbit movies he wants to take a break from Hollywood blockbusters and do smaller films that involve New Zealand (link)
Last month it was announced that Jackson will be working on a WWII museum in New Zealand (link) that is set to open next year.
