What's with the slow speeds of HSX? Sometimes it is so slow for me that quick trader doesn't execute my trades and I am loosing a lot of $.

I notice it is worse at certain points in the day, particularly between 02:00 to 12:00 Pacific. The site seems to preform at faster speeds during the evening and at night Pacific time.
