Description  
Bryan Singer (X-Men) will helm the biopic The Mayor of Castro Street for Warner Bros. The film is about San Francisco supervisor Harvey Milk who was assassinated in 1978 along with Mayor George Moscone. Milk was the first openly gay man to be elected to a visible political office in the US. Daniel White, another supervisor, committed the murders. Brandon Boyce adapts from the book by Randy Shilts.
