The Other Side of Simple is a story about two thieves who return to their Midwestern hometown and face their past wrong-doings. They meet up with one of the thieves' slow-witted, younger brother who took the blame for a robbery he committed ten years before when the duo abandoned him. Although the brother seems to be forgiving, there is revenge in the air. Joseph Ruben directs from a script written by Eric Kmetz and is produced Gary Goldstein.
