Detective Charlie Crews has just gotten out of prison after years behind bars for a crime he did not commit. He had been given a life sentence for the crime but now, upon his redemption he gets his life back. After more than a decade in prison, Crews finds adapting to a world that has changed without him to be quite challenging. He returns to the police force and faces his demons old and new with courage.
