The Host
HSX creator Max Keiser hosts The Hollywood Stock Exchange Radio Show. A new media visionary who bridges the worlds of Hollywood, Wall Street & the Internet, Max is a unique personality who fills the airwaves with a powerful mix of charm, wit, perspective and style. Max is also an emerging media star who, in addition to being a radio personality, hosts a weekly segment on Access Hollywood, a daily Internet show, and is a syndicated columnist.

• Sergei: A Ukrainian émigré with an attitude that would rival the biggest Hollywood hotshot, who's using the Hollywood Stock Exchange to break into showbiz.
• Hajit Kumar: A self-styled cinematic "auteur" who chastises Max & Co. for "promoting the commercialization of film over the advancement of art."

The Format
The Hollywood Stock Exchange Radio Show is a talk show whose format offers compelling, interactive discussions that cover topical issues, celebrity interviews and news. The format is as follows:

• 1st Segment - Topical Issue: The show begins by isolating a film-related topic and discussing that topic within the context of movies that have been released and that are in the Hollywood pipeline - all of which are trading on the Hollywood Stock Exchange.
• 2nd Segment - Celebrity Interview: Max & Co. gab with Hollywood's hottest celebrities, discussing everything from their latest projects to how the Internet is revolutionizing their lives and the entertainment industry.
• 3rd Segment - News: A discussion of the latest Hollywood news, as well as breaking news from the Exchange, where movies and stars are shifting in "value" on a daily, real-time basis.
• 4th Segment - Topical Issue: The show closes with a celebrity-driven topical discussion.
