Description
Focus Features will remake the John Carpenter cult classic Assault on Precinct 13. The original 1976 actioner was a Western-style urban shootout where an isolated Los Angeles police precinct is under siege by vengeful street gangs. In the updated version, a cop (Ethan Hawke) leads a group of policemen and prisoners who must band together to fight off a gang of crooked cops that wants to kill a mobster (Laurence Fishburne).
