Description
Ayn Rand's classic novel Atlas Shrugged will be turned into a motion picture. Published in 1957, the book uses a fictional story to talk about economics, politics, and her philosophy of objectivism, which stressed economic self-sufficiency and laissez-faire capitalism. The script is adapted by James V. Hart, screenwriter of Contact.
