Description
Bai Ling started her career performing for soldiers in the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Her pro-Democracy protests prompted the actress to immigrate to the U.S. where she found steady work. Ling played a villain in the cult hit The Crow and starred as a Chinese lawyer in The Red Corner, which further jeopardized her return home. Ling also appears in the films Wild Wild West, Anna and the King, and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.
