Description
Gregor Jordan writes and directs Buffalo Soldiers, an adaptation of the cult novel by Robert O'Connor. Joaquin Phoenix plays a drug dealer in this dark comedy about a group of U.S. soldiers adopting a criminal subculture that emerges before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Ed Harris co-stars.
Ariane Moody and Rainer Grupe will be producing the Film Four production scheduled to film by the end of 2000. Phoenix delivered a strong performance in the adventure-drama Gladiator. His other high profile roles include Return to Paradise and To Die For.
