Description

Coach Carter is a drama based on the real-life story of Ken Carter, a high school basketball coach who benched his entire team for bad grades. He sent all the players home, including his own son, and forfeited two games in mid-season. The controversial move drew both criticism and praise. The film is directed by Thomas Carter (no relation) and written by Mark Schwahn.
