Description
A natural comedian, Chris Tucker was already a veteran of the Los Angeles comedy circuits by the time he was 21 years old. His first big break came in 1994, when his on-stage antics earned him a small part in the Kid 'n' Play comedy House Party 3. Tucker's two minutes of screen time won over audiences, and his career was poised to skyrocket. His first starring role came as Ice Cube's hyper-active best friend Smokey in the 1995 surprise hit Friday. In 1998, Tucker starred opposite Jackie Chan in Rush Hour, helping create one of the most successful buddy-cop pairings.
