Description
Acclaimed playwright Tyler Perry adapts his play Diary of a Mad Black Woman into a film. Perry plays Charles, a husband who informs his wife Helen on the eve of their 20th wedding anniversary that he wants to divorce her and marry her best friend. Angry and bitter, Helen comes to realize that she must rely on her own faith and values to forgive and heal. Kimberly Elise, Steve Harris and Shemar Moore co-star in the film directed by Darren Grant.
