Description
A modern retelling of the Bram Stoker classic, Dracula 2000 is a fitting debut project for "Wes Craven Presents," the horror guru's banner at Dimension Films. Craven, noted for the Nightmare on Elm Street series and the Scream series, will no doubt put his singularly sardonic stamp on the ageless bloodsucker. Patrick Lussier, a Craven protigi, directs the film.
Dracula will be played by Gerard Butler, while veteran Christopher Plummer will play Van Helsing. Justine Waddell, Jonny Lee Miller, Omar Epps, Jennifer Esposito, Jeri Ryan, Colleen "Vitamin C" Fitzpatrick, Lochlyn Munro, and Sean Patrick Thomas round out the cast.
