Eddie Murphy was a natural to become a superstar since his days on SNL. A huge box office draw in the early '80s, Murphy's career seemed to be in decline during the late '80s. The comedian returned 1992 with Boomerang and made his comeback complete with The Nutty Professor and Dr. Dolittle.
