Description
With a title role in 1967's Bonnie and Clyde, Faye Dunaway made an immediate impact in Hollywood. Not only was the film one of the most influential of the time, but Dunaway's performance had earned her an Oscar nomination for Best Actress. Proving that her early success was no fluke, Dunaway received her second Academy Award nomination in 1974, for her role in Chinatown. With the release of Network two years later, Dunaway capped a string of some the best films of the early 70's, and finally won the Oscar for Best Actress.
