Description
The popular 1970s cartoon series Hong Kong Phooey will be turned into a live-action comedy. The dog is a bumbling detective who clumsily uses Kung Fu to fight his battles. The film will delve into the origin of Phooey's supernatural powers which a villain is trying to steal. Robert Ritger scripts the film produced by Brett Ratner.
