Description
James Franco will play Beat poet Allen Ginsberg in the biopic Howl. Ginsberg became famous with his poem Howl, which resulted in an obscenity trial. David Strathairn, Alan Alda, Jeff Daniel, Mary-Louise Parker and Paul Rudd co-star in the film written and directed by documentary filmmakers Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman.
