Description
The biographical drama The Iceman stars Michael Shannon as the real-life hitman Richard Kuklinski who confessed to over 100 contract killings. Ray Liotta plays his mob boss Roy Demeo, while James Franco plays a fellow hitman Mr. Softee. Ariel Vromen directs from a screenplay he co-wrote with Morgan Land. The film is based on the book "The Iceman: The True Story of a Cold-Blooded Killer" as well as the documentary The Iceman Tapes: Conversations with a Killer.
