Description
Fox is working on a film based on Wally Lamb's acclaimed 900-page novel I Know This Much Is True. The story is about a depressed housepainter who decides to rescue his identical twin brother, a paranoid schizophrenic, from a maximum security mental institute. Gina Prince-Bythewood will adapt and direct the film.
