Description
After spending years as a comedy writer, John Cleese helped form the comedy troupe Monty Python. In 1985, Cleese began to appear in more serious work. Cleese began to gain true prominence in 1988 with A Fish Called Wanda. Today, Cleese continues to land supporting roles in high-profile films, such as the Harry Potter series.
