Joe Dirt is the comedic story of the ultimate mullet-sporting white trailer trash. David Spade stars as a naive young man who recounts on a radio show his lifelong search for his parents after they deliberately abandoned him on a trip to the Grand Canyon. The original script is from SNL head writer Fred Wolf and SNL staff writer Matt Piedmont, with the final draft polish by Spade and Wolf. Dennie Gordon will direct. Christopher Walken, Dennis Miller, and Kid Rock co-star.
