Denzel Washington stars in John Q, a family drama about a boy who needs a heart transplant. Washington plays a father who's young son collapses on the field during a Little League game and is found in need of a new heart. When the hospital takes the boy off the donor list, his father loses control and takes everyone in the emergency room hostage. Robert Duvall, Kimberley Elise, Eddie Griffin, Shawn Hatosy, Anne Heche, Ray Liotta, and James Woods round out the cast.
