Description

Tarsem Singh is attached to direct the fantasy horror film Killing on Carnival Row. Set in a fantasy world where humans live side by side with mystical creatures, a serial killer is on the loose murdering faeries. A human detective becomes a prime suspect and he must find the real killer in order to clear his name. Travis Beacham scripts the story.
