Description
As one of Hollywood’s most versatile actresses, KathleenTurner is known for a wide variety of fine performances in such films as The Accidental Tourist, War of the Roses, Romancing the Stone and Prizzi’s Honor.
Perhaps one of Turner’s most famous roles was her portrayal of Matty Walker opposite William Hurt in the sexy crime thriller, Body Heat.
With almost fifty films to her credit, Turner’s career was launched as cast member Nola Dancy Aldrich on the TV series The Doctors which aired between 1962-1982.
A native of Missouri, Turner has two films slated for release in 2000. She will be starring in the comedy Beautiful and the drama, The Amati Girls.
