Description

Light It Up is an urban drama about a group of teens who strive to improve the conditions of their run-down high school.

The film is cast with newcomers and familiar faces, and features Forest Whitaker and Vanessa Williams.

Light It Up is written and directed by Craig Bolotin, veteran director of Miami Vice, who has a directing credit for the 1992 European release, That Night.

Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds serves as an executive producer on the project.
