Description
With a semi-dramatic turn in 1998's The Truman Show, comedian Jim Carrey continues to challenge his abilities with the title role in Man on the Moon. Borrowing the moniker of an R.E.M. song, the film details the bizarre life of Andy Kaufman, a comedian who definitely operated on his own level, but who also found mainstream success on the TV sitcom Taxi. The film features several characters "as themselves," including Taxi co-stars Christopher Llyod, Judd Hirsch and Marilu Henner.
