Description
Mary and Max is an Australian claymation animated film. Philip Seymour Hoffman voices a Jewish man with Asperger’s Syndrome who starts a pen-pal friendship with an 8-year-old girl in Melbourne, Australia. The film examines the relationship over a 20-year stretch. Eric Bana, Toni Collette, Barry Humphries and Bethany Whitmore co-star. Adam Elliot makes his writing and directing debut.
