Description
Billed as a sci-fi horror film, Pitch Black follows the crew of a starcraft who become shipwrecked on an alien planet. The survivors of the crash soon discover that the sun-drenched planet is inhabited by savage nocturnal beasts. Although the sun keeps the native creatures at bay, every 60 years, they come out to feed under the cover of an eclipse. Pitch Black stars Vin Diesel, Radha Mitchell and Cole Hauser, and is directed by David Twohy.
