Description
Maverick Films will produce a feature film about the infamous Stanford Prison Experiment. The 1971 psychology study had a group of undergrads play-act roles of prisoners and guards. The experiment quickly deteriorated when guards used torture, humiliation, and sexual degradation on the prisoners. Commissioned for two weeks, the study was cut short by a week. Usual Suspects writer Christopher McQuarrie will produce and direct, while Tim Talbott provided the initial script.
