Description
Born to Moroccan parents in France, Said Taghmaoui started his professional career as a champion boxer. A meeting with director Mathieu Kassovitz gave him his start as the screenwriter and star of the critically acclaimed 1995 film La Haine. With credits in Vantage Point and Traitor, his profile continues to rise in Hollywood. Taghmaoui goes mainstream in G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra and Conan.
