A young police officer is paired with an experienced older cop within an undercover narcotics unit at the L.A.P.D.'s infamous Rampart Division. The rookie soon learns that although his street-wise mentor gets the job done, he's not exactly a good role model. The Rampart Division and its anti-gang unit, C.R.A.S.H., became infamous for the worst corruption scandal in L.A.P.D. history.
