Adapted from Cormac McCarthy's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, The Road stars Viggo Mortensen as a father trying to get his young son to safety after a nuclear disaster. He battles waves of starving victims, some who've turned into cannibals. John Hillcoat directed with an adapted script by Joe Penhall.
