The value of each CX Derivative reflects how much money Traders think the film will make at the box office with each $1 million earned domestically equal to H$1. They are traded just like MovieStocks, except a CX Derivative will NOT halt trading on its opening date in wide release or adjust in price based on estimated weekend box office. CX Derivatives will be cashed out and removed from the Exchange four weeks after they have been in wide release, or twelve weeks of limited release.
Adapted from Cormac McCarthy's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, The Road stars Viggo Mortensen as a father trying to get his young son to safety after a nuclear disaster.
