Description
The actor-musician first achieved stardom as part of DJ Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince. But Smith's music career was a stepping stone to an even more lucrative acting career. In 1990, Smith landed his own sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and by the time the show ended in 1996, Smith had embarked on a successful film career.
