Description
Whiteboys takes a satirical look at hip hop culture's infusion in the Midwest, as a few rag-tag Iowa farm boys journey to the mean streets of Chicago in order to keep it real.
Screenwriter Danny Hoch plays the leader of the group, which also stars Piper Perabo, Mark Webber, Eugene Byrd and Dash Mihok.
When the friends arrive in Chicago, they soon discover that there is a lot more to the gangsta lifestyle than pounding 40s to the head and talking the talk.
Whiteboys is directed by Marc Levin, whose movie Slam has received strong support at Cannes and Sundance.
