Advanced News Ticker Flash Applet








Advanced News Ticker Flash Applet is a single line news ticker applet with lots of configurations. This applet features many cool effects, such as horizontal scrolling, vertical scrolling, and typing.

Getting Started


There are four steps to put it into your web page:
1- Build Object-Embed tag by using Object-Embed generator below.
2- Copy swf file of the applet into your html directory
3- Copy XML file of the applet and edit it to customize the applet.
4- Build necessary JS file.

Please follow these steps shown below.

Step 1:
Building Object-Embed tag.
Width of the applet:
Height of the applet:
Background color:#
Name of XML file:.xml  If you use more than one Adv. News Ticker on the same site, please set different XML file names for each one.

  		 

Copy the below into the <body> section of your web page where you wish the applet to appear.





Create *** file then copy the below into it.



Step 2:

Copy the advnewstic.swf file into your html directory.

Step 3:

Run UnlockGenerator.exe to generate an unlock code for your domain.

Step 4:

Copy a sample XML file and edit it to customize the applet. There are some rules:
  • Do not remove any parameter.
  • Do not destroy format of the XML.
  • Do not use HTML tags.

Explanations of some XML tags:

unlock_code
Run UnlockGenerator.exe to generate an unlock code for your domain.

in_effect
It can be 0,1,2, or 3. Enter 0 for random effects.

out_effect
It can be 0,1,2, or 3. Enter 0 for random effects.
